I honestly think Power Girl showing up in her pre52 costume for Worlds Finest #12 is a ruse since she is showing up in Supergirl #20 wearing her old costume: her Supergirl costume on Earth-2.
BTW, I like her Earth-2 Supergirl costume better than the pre52 duds.
